I have used suspension training extensively in my work as a physiotherapist designing rehabilitation training programmes with the military and I thoroughly recommend it.

The versatility of the TRX is huge and there are many, many videos on YouTube with exercise ideas.

By the way, if you are looking to buy a mount, I would personally recommend the aeroSling T-Mount over the TRX Xmount. I say this because the 2 separate d-rings on the aeroSling T-Mount allow you to clip on or run through 2 attachments at the same time with no friction, and having one d-ring higher than the other can provide further exercise opportunities. It’s cheaper too! Remember that you can also use this mount for your Exercise Resistance Bands.
