Exercise Resistance Bands are extremely versatile and cost-effective. I use them often in the course of my work as a physiotherapist. These covered bands are more durable and they are safer too.

They are available in 4 resistances: Light (yellow), Medium (green), Strong (red) and Extra-Strong (blue).
